From a small town in the middle of California, Mia Mei found her voice when she was just a toddler. At three years old, she would find any and every opportunity to perform for her family.

When she started school, Mia Mei got involved in singing in the school choir and performing at school talent shows and plays. Mia Mei started taking music seriously when she experienced recording in a professional studio at the age of 14. Since that first day in the studio, Mia Mei has been nonstop writing and performing all over California, and out of state.

Mia Mei has opened up for Ashanti, Baby Bash, and Frankie J to name a few. She has caught the attention of Producers such as Walter Afanasieff, and IllMind, who has worked with names like Mariah Carey, Dr. Dre, Disney, and Doja Cat. When Mia is not creating music, she likes to DJ. Her most notable gig was performing every month at the World Famous Laugh Factory in Hollywood, California for Brownish.
